SALES: The Post-Evaluation Email

After the evaluation is completed and you have finished your sales process, if they leave your clinic without committing to treatment, you have to make an offer they cannot refuse.  I send them an email reviewing everything we went over.  After you have received their email address, they signed the communication waiver, then send them a complete email explaining everything.  You probably just went over a lot of information which was probably over load to them, so now they will receive a specific email for them to look over.  Whether it is is a patient ready to get started, has paid, and scheduled, or a patient that needs to discuss it with their spouse, or a patient that is thinking about it, or a patient that is not going to commit, still send the email.

Here is the outline and a word document for you to download to edit and use.  You do not need to say exactly what I say in my  email, but use the outline and make adjustments as you feel appropriate.

How much is this going to cost me?

Yes.  You will know exactly how much it will cost you before you start.  No hidden fees!

Individual sessions are the best option for you and you do not need a full treatment package for $1500+ to treat this.  This is an easy problem to fix! Each session is $150 and you will only need 2-6 sessions max.  I will take care of all necessary paperwork and when the treatment plan is finished, then I will give you everything you need (receipts and paperwork) to simply submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance company.  If you have not met your deductible yet, they will apply it to your deductible first and then reimburse you on the remaining balance.  If you have an HSA or FSA account you can use them here.

I do not feel that it is worth doing individual sessions for this because it will get too expense at the individual rate and I won’t get this better within 2-4 sessions.  A treatment package with unlimited sessions (yes this is correct, unlimited sessions) is best for you and will give you the results you desire.  With a treatment package the total cost is $2400, and you just have to pay the first half $1200 to get the treatment started.  The second payment is due in a couple weeks later, when it is easiest for you.  Remember I also have a money back guarantee, so if I do not make a change in symptoms in 2-4 visits I will return your money.  When the treatment plan is finished then I will give you everything you need (receipts and paperwork) to simply submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance company.  If you have not met your deductible yet, they will apply it to your deductible first and then reimburse you on the remaining balance.   If you have an HSA or FSA account you can use them here.

If interested, you can finance this package through Care Credit at my special Pursuit Physical Therapy 0% interest rate for 6, 12, or 18 months to make it easier financially for you.  You can find out more information and apply here.

Attached to this email is the New Patient Packet.   At your convenience, complete the New Patient Packet and bring to your next session so I can add it to you file.  Please let me know when you are ready to start your treatment and I will get you in ASAP.
